SUCON International was contracted by the Government of American Samoa through the Department of Commerce to provide the Design and Project Management of the Tafuna Medical Plaza Project. The Project is valued at 40 million USD.

SUCON International was commissioned by Central Bank of Samoa to carry the master planning of its property Ululoloa. Part of the scope is also carried out A/E design and document the new proposed offsite building office for construction purposes. The consultant carries out Architectural and Engineering design process. We also assist CBS in procuring competitive contractor, with an estimated project cost of WST $28M.

SUCON International was contracted to the Samoa Airport Authority to Design and Project Manage the Diplomatic Terminal Project. The project is designed to provide state-of-the-art facilities to host diplomats for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. The project is valued at 15 million tala.

SUCON International was subcontracted by Apex Pacific Solution to oversee the engineering and project management of the construction of the Samoa Commercial Bank building. The project was valued at 26 million tala and was completed in 2021.

SUCON International was subcontracted by Le Vikz Consultancy to provide engineering and project management support for the Taumeasina Resort Stage 2 project. The project was delivered and completed from the years 2020 to 2021.
